1. Path of Divine Creation (Keter – Crown)
Scripture:
In the beginning was the Logos, and the Logos was with the gods, and the Logos was God.” —John 1:1
Practice: Visualize yourself before the Throne of God. Imagine divine light pouring into you, filling you with wisdom. Breathe deeply and focus on receiving divine knowledge.
2. Path of Knowledge (Da’at – Knowledge)
Scripture:
The glory of God is intelligence; or in other words, light, and truth.” —Doctrines of the Saints 58:32
Practice: Use symbolic journaling—write about a spiritual truth and how it applies to your life. Ask God for deeper understanding and insights.
3. Path of Wisdom (Chokhmah – Wisdom)
Scripture:
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally.” —James 1:5
Practice: Practice “Lectio Divina” (sacred reading). Read a passage, meditate on its meaning, pray over it, and sit in silence to receive divine wisdom.
4. Path of Mercy (Chesed – Lovingkindness)

Practice: Engage in an act of random kindness each day. Reflect on how showing mercy strengthens your spiritual connection.
5. Path of Justice (Gevurah – Strength/Discipline)

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?” —Micah 6:8
Practice: Meditate on areas where you need spiritual discipline. Fast for a day, asking God to strengthen your spiritual resolve.
6. Path of Beauty (Tiferet – Harmony)

Worship YHVH in the beauty of holiness.” —Psalm 96:9
Practice: Walk in nature, focusing on God’s creation. Praise Him for the beauty of the world, and reflect on how His harmony is reflected in your life.
7. Path of Endurance (Netzach – Victory)
Scripture:
He that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” —Matthew 24:13
Practice: Engage in breath meditation—inhale while repeating, “God strengthens me,” exhale while saying, “I endure in faith.”
8. Path of Humility (Hod – Glory/Humility)
Scripture:
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.” —1 Peter 5:6
Practice: Bow in prayer, lowering your body to the ground. Meditate on submission to God’s will.
9. Path of Foundation (Yesod – Covenant/Foundation)

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” —1 Corinthians 3:11
Practice: Reflect on your covenants. Write down ways you can renew your commitment to God daily.
10. Path of the Kingdom (Malkhut – Kingdom of God)

Practice: Meditate on how you can build Zion. Take an action that contributes to a better community.
